Yes, You're right!
Aka A. hollandicum. ;-))

On question - Allium Lovers

I am 'into' Heucheras this year - there are so many beauties around - like yours!!!!! :-))

That purple Hebe looks like the one Gee has...lovely!

I am coveting that Skimmia - if you find it's missing, it was ME!!

I have A. 'Purple Sensation' and it's very reliable - not too expensive, either! Grows to about 15 - 18 " and the 'ball' of flowers is the size of a tennis ball. I also tried some pink ones last year - small flowered - but beautiful!

I made a mistake when I planted A. christophii, as thay came up shorter than I thought - only about a foot tall. Great big heads, though!

I don't think there is a way - but you could contact P&A and ask. They are always helpful when I have a problem or a suggestion.

So, Pipsqeak, do you grow plants? If so - do you choose purple ones?

Doreen, Rosemoor is our nearest RHS garden - It's still a long way, but isn't it a wonderful place!

Glad to hear it, Pip! :-))

On blog - 'Berry' nice!

Oh, you are a dear! Thanks! :-)))))))

NOPE!! I am not having an argument with him - peace and harmony reign in our house...usually!

David - not on your nelly! Two days' worth was quite enough!

Ian! tsk, tsk. Don't encourage me!

Gee - and why not? It was your choice, even if it was a free gift!

I do things like that - and so does Louise! heehee....

Pip - I've sent her a PM, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'll let you know as soon as she replies! :-))

Ha! 'Marian's Marvel'! I have this - and it survived last winter - I planted a new Correa a few weeks ago. Pale pink bells. Pretty, aren't they!

They must look wonderful as a hedge, Bernie!

That's what I've got on the obelisk in my new bed - it's still flowering....so yes, I agree! A very long flowering time. :-)

Sbg told me to dig mine up and pot them in the greenhouse over winter - so I'm going to give it a try!

Great freebies, by the way! :-)

Not unless it was sheltered....out in the open with winds whistling around, OR in full sun, Ian!

I read somewhere that those little sticks with cotton wool on the ends (for babies!) make good glass joint cleaners. Again, dipped in Jeyes Fluid.

I'd better not advertise the chain - but it begins with 'W'.

Don't be sorry! What have you said to be sorry about? That's his argument, as well - for the future. He knows I could handle it at the moment. :-))

Well, if I grow extra, you could have some, couldn't you? Do you normally grow from seeds?

You sound like my husband, Sandra! LOL.

I was (and am) delighted with it, Sandra! I remember at least one more member who had a voucher for one, so with Gee, that's at least three of us happy Viola pot owners!
