I am sure I could!!! ᕙ( ͡◉ ͜ ʖ ͡◉)ᕗ

That's Apple for you !! can be very annoying at times!!

I wasn't even twinkle in my parents eyes as they didn't get together until 1937.
the Heuchera was planted in 1936 when my granddad bought the house haha

checked the 6 that I have in pots and so far they are looking good but my tiarella spring magic had a case of vine weevil. I now have 8 cuttings devoid of vw and most should root nicely.

Beautiful! :)

I like those hardy Begonias. I used to have B. x sutherlandii several years ago but didn't know it was hardy. I must look for it again.
I hope your new Scutellaria behaves itself ! It's a lovely colour.

Re the photo size you can make them smaller for the forum. I always do mine but I use a laptop.

I too ,am happy to see you back Spritz, although I've been a bit hit and miss this past 12 months as well..no matter,we come and go,and always made to feel welcome :o)your new plants are lovely, especially the Begonias ...

I do like that orange one !!

Wrong way up for me too!! does depend on how you take the photos, landscape or portrait, sometimes editing in as app will often sort it out!!

It is so nice to see you back Spritz. I've often wondered where you were and hoped you were OK.

Hi Spritzhenry

Do you still have widget the cocker spaniel ??

That is a good colour. I have one from the 1930's that has deep coral pink bells. very similar in colour to this. it is beautiful.

Such a pretty colour ...

Very pretty, but upside down on my desktop computer! This happens quite often Spritz and is something to do with the Landscape feature I believe. Not very techie minded I'm afraid!

You gave me Jenny Pym and Gertrude! so far so good but they are against a wall so perhaps they will not be too vigorous. I had B sutherlandii until the horrendous winters of 2011&2012. they are slow to emerge, late May, so don't worry if they seem to have gone.

Glad you have a better view now from your garden room. Our conservatory is a bike bit paint hardening room at the mo. OH is rebuilding a 120 Panther!

is the Heuchera a dark leaved form? It sounds lovely.

Sorry, Spritz, but your picture appears to be upside down! The orange flowers still look pretty though!

My salvia patens 'Guanajuato' has come through two winters now, but I still take cuttings as insurance

I've kept salvia for three years at most. I think it depends on the wetness of the winter:-)

that is a nice shade of pink. I need to keep an eye out for this one.

no wonder they are called poor mans orchid. the colours are stunning.

i love this one but I cant get it to stay. even in the unheated greenhouse.

Hi Barbara ! It's nice to see a blog from you again :) I have been missing a lot myself this summer too.
I'm sorry you have experienced some health problems and hope you have some cure for them now … or at least some way of dealing with them.
Your new paving slabs and baskets look lovely :)

On blog - Another project.

this is bizarre, I liked this blog and added a comment very early on in the thread and it has disappeared! also on your Horror story blog back in 2017, also missing.

On blog - Another project.

I have been wondering where you vanished to. I am delighted to see you back showing us your wonderful garden and what you have been growing this year.

Must be something about 2019 you're back, Sanbaz is back and I'm back \0/ Your garden is lovely as always Barbara and your design ideas spot on and you were always a glutton for punishment. That cytisus looks beautiful too:-)
