Pretty little plant.

Ah that's why they rarely flower then. Finding a hot spot will be a problem.

It knew that you'd appreciate it without the competition of the others ;o)

My penny's pink is also in flower.

I blame you spritz for my hellebore affliction. Never really liked them until you infected me :o)).

I am a little more immune to the hardy geraniums though. I'm toying with digging a lot of those G. endressi pink ones out, to replace them with other plants. [not sure which yet].

just had a look for her and she is in bud, must go and see if George Baker is up above ground too.
I find they do self seed gently in my garden so if you want more I can send you some.

You must pop a pic on that combination sounds lovely, sorry you have lost David Ward....

My blue ensign is flowering, but small, no sign of my Brunneras though:-(

Barbara did we establish whether you still had David Ward? is your Blue Ensign out yet?....... I had two of these and I can just about make out two inches of growth, that could possibly be BE

yes they should do. I found one in bud in the greenhouse today. the foliage is lovely isn't it.

The first flowers are just coming up on mine. They take a while to establish.

They like it hot whilst they are dormant in the summer.

As much sun as they can get Sbg.

just lots of leaves on mine too. do they like lots of sun?

I echo that comment dd2

that's a lovely strong colour Non of mine have re-flowered this year . I will enjoy yours instead.

I have the variety Manchu and for me in the frozen north east ;o) it tends to be april onwards. they can repeat flower too.

What a dear little plant.

Me too, it has taken me a long time to appreciate just how useful they are at this time of the year.

Gorgeous......looks like a little bird.

I find them very easy to grow, also easy from seed, I must stop taking seed as its so easy!

What a fantastic flower, wishlist material ?
Do you find them easy to grow?

Lots of leaves on mine again this year, but no sign of any flowers :-(

Lovely bronze foliage and bright yellow flowers tinged with green. It is early and special. We have wind and snow again. I hope your weather is kinder.
