I grew some of these from seed last year, forgetting it wasn't supposed to be completely hardy I planted all the plants out in our small wood and pleased to say they all survived and haven't stopped flowering since they started in May, know it was a fairly mild winter but they did have a covering of snow a couple of times, great plant love it :-)

Do you still grow this one B?

This truly is a stunning rose.

I've looked every where for this plant, it's lovely....

I have this one Spritzhenry it's been great ....

Thanks. I was at RHS Wisley gardens on Wednesday, and hoped to buy another but they were out of stock :((

Four! Is that because you liked it some much you bought four, or like me a cutting- aholic!

I too have just bought one of these from my local garden centre and upon googling it found it was classed as invasive but that seemed to be only in America! Is it really such a beast and does it deserve it's bad boy reputation? Will it thuggishly trample all over my delicate campanula glomerata's and stomp on the heads of my coreopsis? Only bought it 'cos I've got a bit of a thing for various campanulas and I'd never seen this variety before. Will I regret it I wonder?

I'm pleased you've posted this one Barbara, I've had it growing in my garden for years and wasn't sure which Campanula it was. It is invasive in mine, but easily removed, the bees adore it!

yes mine died :o(

Thanks Barbara . . . it's my favourite Phlox, but mine isn't out yet :( (I think it's alive though :))

Not one I know, but a good border plant...

Died here too. But rhaponticoides, like many of the alpine type campanulas is a runner. They like new soil which is why they tend to go looking for pastures new.

Plant in a pot and deadhead before it sets seed? Assuming that it survives to that stage.

I also bought some of these plants from Aldi and after researching on t'internet found that they are invasive so took them all back and got a refund.

didn't in my garden, it died :o( and I thought it would be a good doer as I got it from our local HPS table.

I never have any luck with them either, Parkers are fine for bulbs though.......any way I love the plant Spritz...

Love the colour.
Not been impressed with T&M or Parkers in the past, I bin their catalogues now when they arrive.

Have had to do the same with one one of my plants Spritz, dam ants!!

I like the Phlox at it's feer too! They look really good together :o)

Could that be Phlox 'chattahoochee' at its feet? I love it!

I wonder if it is as perennial as the two newest foxgloves of T&M? There's not a trace of either one in my garden :-( ..... Never again with T&M ...think I'll adopt that as my slogan:-)

Ohh like that:-)

A perennial, you say/hope.

Thought the thumbnail was an enlargement of the snapdragon flower, so similar!

What a clever idea. I have little names for my gardens and spots, but now I think I will make a Pop corner! Fun, fun, fun.

However did you get that pretty little daisy flower to grow? lol:-) I still love it although it is now growing in some very odd places, easy to pull up though and is lovely at the foot of roses:-)

Not really an orange fan, but looks fabulous here ..... showoff:-)

How pretty.....
