Nope - Oxalis deppei 'Iron Cross' - it has coral coloured flowers, Ian, and it's hardy in my garden - it pops up VERY late each year, so don't think it's gone...

Oxails triangularis has dark red almost black leaves, and pale pink flowers. I have them as house-plants, as they can be a bit temperamental in the garden.

I might send you a different Penstemon in the spring, Ian, if you'd like one - I've got lots of plants from cuttings!

It's about a foot tall, Sbg. I think you worked it out already from the photo with the Ophiopogon, though, didn't you??? :-))

Just imagine the 'newness' of them - they wouldn't look half as good! :-)

I've posted some seeds on the seed exchange if you want to grow some - not Rozanne, sadly - she doesn't produce seeds. :-((

AND it's very poisonous - all parts of the plant! You've heard of 'Ricin'???
