especialy hard to choose when ya gardens full though i baught a maple to replace the one blanche killed in my raised planter.it was to small.i paid 10 pounds for it which i thaught was great.the orange tree was a new one.i ate one but it was a bit souer excuse my spelling.one thing about it was it realy had a very strong smell of oranges.much more than a normal orange.knowing what there talking about and being realy friendly makes all the differance for me .id pay top doller for that but cheap aswell brilliant.all vibrant colours.that salix only £4 give or take.lovley i only use our local garden centre for referance .i sore a fatsia in there a couple of years ago and it was £60 .i came in here for a slightly smaller specimine and it was £6 . people it seams dont bother shopping around as you get stacks of people comming out with loads of things.unbelievable.i guess if they knew about the likes of didlington it would be either out of plants or expensive so its all good.i hope though it wouldnt this weekend lasts for the rest of my life if ya know what i mean.into the garden tomorrow to sort things for the open garden thingy.

well i have a globe artichoke which is related to a thistle .when in flower the bees actualy get drunk as such on the pollen and just cant move.you can touch them gently even and all they do is buzz rather than fly off or do anything about it lol.they even buzz slowly and out of tune if you like lol i love it lol

not realy but it could be just so fine its irritating your throwt

i would nip the gring tips out as that will make the stock thicker eventualy.as for the fruit i dont know sorry

well i have 2 step daughters and 2 step sons as it goes lol but none of them are arty infact they would do well to do worse at art lol.my 2 sisters and brother are all good at art.andrea my oldest sisters art shows in her cooking and shes a great hairdresser.we are all good cooks to.my brother is good at technical drawing i cant even spell it.my other sister is the second best artist i guess but shes very good at beautifull writing and shes brilliant at maths to.my dad was asswell and hes the arty one .my mums terrible but is a good cook and a very determind persen who seams to remember everything though shes losing it a bit but she is 77 lol .i doubt ill get that far the way ive abused myself.ive never had a partner who is a good cook melly being the best.i can dice a mean carrot.with being rubbish with money and sometimes not having much ive learned how to make new dinners etc out of whats left.eg get pork chops .fry them with garlic and a little olive oil and butter untill brown with a chopped onion and mushrooms.get out ya slow cooker and put the chops etc in it.then get a tin of chicken soup and stew the chops in the soup.delishes if you like chops ofcourse lol but you could do the same with chicken.as an artist i have to be my own best critic and i want everyone else to be to.art is built on mistakes.if you didnt get it wrong and know it how would you know how to get it riight.if you burn yourself in a flame thats perhaps a mistake .if you do it again its your own fault and makes you a fool.if you didnt burn yourself in a little flame your likley to burn yourself bad instead.

well if the tops are growing great guns and thats the bit you eat what is giving you the idea you havnt left enough depth.as for moving them as a general rule and i use that term loosly winter or spring is the best time to move a plant but you mite be able to.i moved a well established pot grown fatsia once from one house to another about a mile away.nothing had changed apart from the move but it didnt even like that and slowlley but surley died

yes ofcourse you can.if you look on my photos you will see a planter i called a punk pot.i cut that to whatever haircut i fancy.its in a lot if not all grasses life cycle to be eaten or burnt.i dont know if it will look very pretty in your situation and it is what it is.ie its gonna grow back at least as big as it is now.looking at the grass it looks fully mature .id be inclined in your situation to love it as it is or in winter maybe move it somewear more apropriate.ive got a story about believing what people say.i sore an ornimentle grapevine this time at swallow aquatics and loved it.i needed something vigouras and wanted something a bit different me being me.i went over and read the label as you do.i read down to the size and it said grows up to 90 feet.i thaught wow doesnt that grow big ideal and some .it will do everything i want and some which it has done now.anyway it only had a latin name and im dyslexic .the price wasnt on it so i went to see the head of gardening .i saked as i pointed towards this vine i fancied " how much is that grapevine over there that grows 90 feet with the lovley big leaves.she looked at me a bit old fashioned and walked over chuckling while saying scornfully 90 feet as if i made it up.i had to chuckle when she read down the label to 90 feet out loud.didnt she have to eat a large portion of humble pie. my point is you cant just believe what people say.my pet hate is people in a job wear they dont know what there doing ow and people who dont indicate lol.take care bye for now
