Where've you been Nosy, you were missed! It was a good idea to give up the concrete - no point in taking risks and its so easy to damage yourself. What are you planning to put in all those new containers? The new ones in the Toxic one look pretty innocent so far! Have you kept the sculptures you made before? I always admired the big one in the front garden and the lovely mushrooms...

You have made some really original planters, Nosey! You have a great talent for making sculptures & that is reflected in other things you make! 👍

hello Leigh, lovely to hear from you again. Hope you are keeping well.
typically you are making your garden special. those planters are amazing.

Great to hear from you NP! The LEGO planter is a wonderful creation though the “toxic” planter will get the most scrutiny from your garden visitors I’ll bet.

Crikey! That was a very interesting video, Leigh! Even your front door is eye catching too! Lots of unusual things going on, fascinating really…the car, well, I bet you get lots of people taking pics!
Agree with Sue - you’ll definitely need a hard earned rest after all that heavy work!

How did we know it was your car? Who else's could it possibly be?
On blog - my new front garden
Your car is a dead giveaway, definitely you, I've seen your Grim Reaper, now he definitely gives me the shivers Leigh and Roxie, think that's her name from what I could make out, she is very modern isn't she, its the fashion to have plump lips,...You were ahead of the times with her...LOL....

Great to see you back Leigh. Glad you were able to include a couple of "old favourites" - its a long time since we saw them! Your car doesn't half look scarey! I reckon you ve rest after all that heavy work...

Over the years I've always been fascinated by your creations and how you incorporate them into your garden, I still think they would scare me if I came upon them unexpectedly in the dark, I admit to having an over zealous imagination at times, the screws for the fish fencing are amazing, how on earth did you think of that idea Leigh, I do like the planter, the height must make it so much easier for planting and caring for it..
To me the sculptures brought to mind Tolkien and his Trees in Middle Earth, isn't it funny how our minds interpret differently, if I hadn't had the sound on I wouldn't even have thought of Easter Island.
I enjoyed the video Leigh....

I liked the Toxic planter as well , you have a canny way of always thinking outside the box Leigh .. It makes you look at things in a different light x

Leigh the watercress I mentioned is called Aqua and there are several places listed on line where you can get it. I've been meaning to try it myself but haven't got round to it yet!
On question - whats the best way of planting p...
Poppy seeds will germinate better with cold stratification. You can sow in late winter or store for about one month in the fridge before sowing. As for watercress; they need clear running water but don't eat as it can carry liverfluke.

Wow! Not seen you for ages Nosey; great to see you. Good luck with your seeds.

I've seen an ad for watercress that will grow without running water so worth looking into.
Nosey its so nice to see you back on here again! How are you keeping these days?
On question - whats the best way of planting p...
Hi Leigh,
poppies just need scattering where you want them to grow and flower. Watercress needs slow running water so they need sowing in very damp soil. Any time from now on will work as they are 'happy' in the UK.

Bless you Leigh, I lost my beloved sister just over two years ago also, she was always my little sister, one I had to care for, help her through the rough times and she sure had plenty of those in her life, I've been struggling without her, losing someone effects us in different ways, you haven't lost your mum completely Leigh, she is in your heart and mind as Cathy is with me, I chat to her all the time, when I'm alone that usually ends in tears but I also laugh at the daft things she did , that's soothing...Sadly it seems your sisters actions have made it worse for you, we cannot change the past but I think by talking about it, even if its only on here to us means you are taking back your own life, I call it getting your Mojo back Leigh, its good and I'm willing you to continue, I know I'm pleased to see you and hoping to see and hear more from you, even if it is another scary man face that I don't wish to see in the dark....

Oh Leigh I am so sorry for the situation you found yourself in. Just remember your sister cannot take away the treasured memories you have of your mum. The drawing will come back when your brain feels ready.
Hywel has a kiln [I think]. I'd be interested to see what you make. Love the beard by the way! :o)

wonderful Leigh, nice to see your dogs are looking happy and those sterlet are beautiful. I know they are related to sturgeon but I doubt you'll get any caviar haha.
I really like the asteroid planter, reminds me of open seed cases.
