I just wish you could put this up on a big poster where everyone in the world could see it!

Thats really good, and so true. Human beings are indeed strange.

NP, that's hilarious thanks for making me laugh so early in the morning, more than a grain of truth in it too!!!

we can try but it often falls on 'deaf ears', but we gardeners do our bit--or try to ! :o)

Great, Nosey! It gave me a giggle but ...... oh how true! Doesn't it make us all sound soooo daft? At this point I'll just be shining my halo while I say we have no grass in our garden, and I mulch with leaves fallen from our hazelnut tree. ;o))

I love this one. lol :-)

You have to laugh, but it is so true :)

Hi dude, it was me who mentioned the cat litter.
The type you want is the clay granule type.....

Go to http://www.bonsai4me.com/Basics/Basicscatlitter.htm

You do need to water more frequently or you could add some well rotted pine bark to the cat litter.

The hot weather.....hmmm, it'll be nice when/if it starts. ;-)))

oh Np what lovely little faces :0))) have you thought that the photo would make an amazin pastel
as to the heat we've a strong wind today and forecast ( hopefully) heavy rain overnight

Hi Noseypotter..... It's SUPERCAT PINK PLUS......tried it a while back, as friends using it. Grew cuttings in it, but now in the ground as so much watering needed. Warm sunshine is wonderful, no rain not so wonderful. Just read scary book THE LONG SUMMER.....how drought has polished off civilizations all over the world, due to complex goings on in weather systems. We are only just beginning to understand, slightly, how it interacts. Most of them lasted far longer than our current way of living.

what cute little doggies, stjohntongue always comes up with good answers

Loving the lovely weather - but too warm to sleep!! Apparently it rained on Thursday morning (must of missed the soil) - had a lie in that day and never noticed!! Anyway back to the question... Stjohntongue answered it 24899

seriously though, lynda and i thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and it was great to see your garden and especially the elephant and leopard. your dogs are all gorgeous and yes i must admit i could quite easily have taken sid home with me lol. wee lele was as good as gold all the way home and it was a long journey. she's really happy in her new home and is now cuddling up to the scottish deerhound. will put some pics up shortly.
Thanks for the mushrooms and a great weekend. xx

you are a very clever guy noseypotter, sounds daft but your dog kind of looks like raquel welch the film star with her sultry looks.

Ha! Welsh Dresser You must be joking, he is always doing for others LOL like my Daughters TV Cabinet he made for her.
But Joking apart, he has only had his Workshop for under a year, which my Brother built for him with our help, I have a Blog on here about the goings on ''Under'' ''My Garden in Summer 09'' and you can see I got stuck in too, I was 60yrs then LOL not bad for an olden LOL + I'm still not straight in the garden as it is all down to me. :o(( :o)))
Oh! Saved your Web Site to Favotites and it won't come up ????

love that lepod in the tree, fantasic looks sooooooooo real

.Love your work. I do envy people who can paint. I went to classes but just can't draw. They come out all peculiar. I was OK at colour mixing tho. that's about all. Husband Dave paints. We and other people have lots of his paintings. He always has 2 or 3 on the go at the same time. Good luck in August.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I would like to let you loose in my garden LOL
He! He! Love your dog Oh! And the glasses Giggle Giggle :o))))

I love all your work you do with wood and your dogs + your hair style lol
My Husband works with wood, he once was a cabinet maker in Wales and used to make Welsh Dressers, proper one's not machine made ones, when his Wife was alive he kept trying to make her one but kept selling um before she got it. Do you show your work to people if they want to come and look at them as Barry & I maybe taking our caravan to Norfork for a week this year, we stayed in Swaffham once an liked it there the camp had a Tank at the entrance, you may know of it. :o))))

Ok, cheque in the post, ha ha.

Cheers Leigh for sharing your trade secrets, lol. I'll let you know how we get on. Take care. x

Hi Leigh, Charlotte and myself have been looking at your magnificent elephant. Charlotte has started something like this .... not on this scale, lol but a stag's head. She's using chicken wire but can we ask please, what do you use to cover the wire - clay or cement, or some other potion. Thanks Leigh x

Giggle! Giggle! Ha! Ha! He! He! What a chirpy chappy you are, keep um coming. Jackie :0))))
