Melt means Frog Pond

Melt means Frog Pond

Now the snow is gone, day and night we are serenaded by the frogs down in the bottom pond

Ribet! Ribet! Ribet!! LOL.....I miss the sound of the frogs in the springtime.

I've lucked out having them near everywhere I've lived for many years now. They are uncommon up here, only one kind. I love the sound of them.

We have Marsh Frogs in the canal near our village and they are really noisy! Like you, I love to hear them.

When I was on the farm it was the tree frogs that made all the noise at night in the spring. From the volume you would think they were huge frogs but they were very tiny...only about an inch or so long.

They really make a huge noise! I haven't heard them since my visit. I wonder if I disturbed them too much, or if the cold has them sleeping again.
