Between York and Hull lies Bishop Burton…..a very pretty village renowned for it’s Agricultural College. Having visited the Garden Centre just west of here….to buy a beautiful Rhubarb pot for the garden, we retraced our steps and had lunch here at a very old pub. Beautiful location, beautiful food and a beautiful day all round! :o)

Very handsome Rhubarb pot!

Great pub for lunch!

We took Finn for a walk round the village…where all the cottages were white.

Peeped into a garden full of crocus.

Pretty village green.

Attractive old cottages

A carpet of WinterAconites and Snowdrops

How I love the sunshine colours of Spring!!

Hi, we had a car upside down in the village pond last week coz of the snow. I live about 5 miles from BB. Beautiful photo's Janey. Which garden centre did you go to?
