About me

I have lived here just about two years. I moved from a large sloping garden to a smaller flat one. I brought so many plants with me I don't know where to put them all !
I'm sure I'll get sorted out this year.
I am also new to computers, and I haven't learnt how to deal with photos yet. I hope to get some on soon.
I am a plantaholic. I can't go anywhere without coming home with at least one plant, and usually a few plants. I grow Fuchsias - over 100 different varieties. Also cacti some of which I've had since a teenager ( in the 1960s - giving my age away now. ) And anything else I can get my hands on.
I live in Wales - Carmarthenshire - and my name "blodyn" is Welsh for flower. It is also the name of my cat.
I have a shed where I spend time making pottery and ceramic things for my garden, or sometimes just sit and contemplate, especially when it rains. It rains a lot here. I don't mind the rain !
