It's been a while...

....since I posted pictures on here but I haven’t been sitting down eating chocolate well not much… honest!

We have taken on another project as we were slowing running out of space in our own gardens and when a used nappy was thrown over our hedge from next door (right into our little veg patch) we decided it was time to see about an allotment.

So we went to see some guys and was lucky enough to get one the same day

Needless to say it was the worst one on the site but we buckled down and set to work.

Now things are growing and I look back and think thank goodness that nappy was thrown over otherwise we would be missing out on this new adventure of being Allotmenteers!

congrats on getting an allotment. and as for someone throwing a nappy over your hedge all i can say is yukkkkkk, these people are disgusting

I did wonder at times what you were up to, Hel - now I know. What a great stroke of luck - to get an allotment on the same day as you inquired about one. Looks like the hard work is quickly paying rewards, though. Yummy!
