San fancy you getting married in Vegas too, we have the DVD of the wedding it is lovely the preacher was so sincere, it bought tears to my eyes when we viewed it, could not believe it was our daughter, she has a 23 year old son, a daughter of 22 and another son of 2 and a half!!

Cinders....well you have seen it in the flesh, have made lots of changes in the last month, still have a few more to make before next year's opening.
Cazcat the pond has been a real success, missed our large pond so much, OH and I talk to the frogs all the time lol mad or what?

Absolutely lovely Dd, looking at all your photo`s over the months it makes one realise how long our flowers and shrubs have been showing off this year, its great to look back and your garden pics are a treat to see and admire..

Lincs thanks for your kind comments, where would we be without our digital cameras and our computers though? which enable us to keep track and share pictures of our gardens through the year?

What a lovely blog DD. Its great to get an idea of what other members really love about their gardens. I too love dark pink and purple flowers. Can you follow this blog up with a few more of your favourite flowers? You have lots of arches what do you grow on them? You have whetted my appetitie now. Love your garden.

Sheila I cannot believe Charlotte has grown up children either, her daughter Catherine is a beautiful girl with a lovely nature too. As for the water in the barrel we have a little pump also several pond plants and the water has stayed crystal clear all through the year.

Dotty, just beautiful, you have an amazing garden, and your daughter looks stunning, congratulation. I was about to write in my blog, the way to get some motivation is to look at everyones garden throught the year, and see what happens in spring summer etc. then get going. this time of year my garden is a mess with the dahlias dying I still have some chrysanths, but I lose motivation. now after looking at your I shall get going with some tubs!! well done, a credit to you. x

Patricia thanks for your very kind comments, most peoples gardens are a little drab at this time of the year, it is difficult to have the garden looking stunning all through the year.......obviously if you can use a good mix of evergreen plants and shrubs that does help......it would be lovely if we could have a mild winter this time, tet us hope so.

What a great blog and pics Dotty. Your Charlotte is beautiful, and grown up children too, she only looks in her early 20's! I have a Charlotte :) I only have the one daughter, how have you coped with 3, lol.
I'm hoping for a kinder Winter too and a red hot 2012 summer.

Thanks Dawn, Charlotte has always been a very attractive girl, and the biggest problem lol so I know what you mean three can be hard work!! another month of this weather would be just fine, and as you say a hot summer to follow.
