About me

I am single, I moved here just under 6 years ago. It was a scary jungle of giant prickly weeds and very long grass. It was covered with grass from top to bottom , there were no borders, now there are borders everywhere, in some places the borders are 6 feet wide, to reduce lawn and cutting time. It is 250 feet long, a quarter of it at the bottom is 90 feet wide. It has six separate rooms. I did it all on my own, it was hard work at first, now it is all done, I just cut the grass and try to keep the weeds under control. My plan was always to enjoy the garden, but not to be a slave to it. I simply adore gardening and being in the garden. I have been gardening from a very young age, as far as I can remember, I have always garden alone to this day. Got used to it, and never had to ask anyone where I should plant things or what I can or cannot do. I am in total control of it all, but at the end of the day, it is the garden who delivers and I respect my garden a lot. Nature and the outdoors.
