who knows their herbs not me it seems

i am trying to identify a plant which has sprung up all over my garden. The flowers look like the double daisy santana feverfew but it is taller about 60-80 cm. the leaves have very strong savoury herb smell. any ideas at all?

is it what i know as Batchelors buttons, it is a type of fever few. the leaves are a bit like chrysanths but a limey green.
any chance of a picture?

i think it could be this looks very similiar thanks. do batchelors buttons have very strong smell? interesting i didnt put these in but i like them.

Also known as Tanacetum parthenium. You can have mine as well, if you like, I can't stand the stuff. I keep pulling it up, but there's always more the next year.

yes a strong astringent type smell. bordering on the medicinal/unpleasant for me.
