What should I plant by the bench?
This is my new bench (reclaimed of course), it is by my wildlife pond and has lots of trees behind it and over hanging it. It does get sun early morning but shaded in the afternoon which is very welcomed at the moment.
But what should I plant around the bench?
Its not boggy by the way, its typical woodland soil.

Maybe a fragrant form of Nicotiana alata?

How about letting Aconites (Eranthis Hyemalis) naturalise around it..
they would fit in really nicely!
