No Grapes on an established vine

Hi
We have a vine that was already established when we moved into this house 10 years ago. It has never borne fruit except for a teeny green bunch about 8 years ago. In fairness, I have also done nothing to help. It has lots of fresh growth,,,,,,,advice please!

Our vine has grapes every year. Pinot Noire. Very vigorous. We wait until glorious colour gone from leaves. then snip back every shoot to the now very thick main stem. We never feed or water it. I keep snipping off the growth in front of a bunch. It is outside, supported under a canopy. Vines can stand being cut right back.Lots of decent sized bunches this year. Taste depends on what rest of summer is like. Size on how much rain falls.

How do I say thanks?
