Hi Leigh, didn't work for me either first time, but got it on second attempt, very good, Derek.

Have tried again Leigh, both copy and paste and writing it all out again, but only get Server Not Found. I wonder if it's because we have Linux not Windows. So frustrating - it's happened before with other links. So I will enjoy myself imagining it!

Very disappointed that the link didn't work for me. Its great to hear you had such a good time , though it would have been lovely to see you both dancing! Maybe I wasn't doing it right, just copy and paste?

Really great painting, NP! :-))

wonderful as ever :o)

I love that you can see the sky through the bee's wing. The bee is wonderful, Leigh - it's only in the first picture it looks a bit fierce!

no it looks fine and bees are ment to be feirce
:)

you draw?
I love drawing as well :)

Great, Leigh. I agree with Pamg - the bee looks a bit fierce! Fabulous sky ?

I wouldn't like to come face to face with your bee Nosey!

its brilliant, so detailed, and if thats your first sky then well done!

I think I've lost track why the elepant has gone......

Hi, great paintings Np, they're so realistic, they look more like photographs than paintings, fabulous, Derek.

I'm pleased you have a new drawing board Leigh also that you are trying new ideas ,its that board its magic :o)) xx

I quite like spiders - leave them in the house becasue i think that if they can find enough to live on they are doing me a favour by eating it...but i don't fancy huge blue ones all the same!

Love the bee, not so sure about the spider, it looks pretty creepy and rather on the large side...

Good to see you getting into drawing/painting insects, Nosey! They must be very difficult to draw in part because of their small size & the amount of detail they have. Getting their proportions right must be a nightmare!

My grandson likes me to draw Daleks & Cybermen, from Dr Who, for him, - you should see the results! You'd died from laughing! LOL! They say "practise makes perfect" - in my case it's just the opposite, the more I draw them the worse they seem to get!!! At least he doesn't mind! He's nearly 4 years old.

love them :O)

That is a nice sky and a lovely friendly looking bee.

Looking good Np, love the way you get the hairs on the legs and body to look so realistic, Derek.

brilliant. not an easy subject, a lot of people tend to taper off at the ankles ... well, their pics do!

Well!!!

Thanks for that, Leigh. You obviously enjoyed Halloween - and I enjoyed watching that!
