That's just amazing Leigh! Are you having fish and lilies or are you going to paddle in it? Where are the red heads in relation to the pond - can you sit on them to look at it?

Wow, that pond is amazing! To me it looks like something in an Amazonian or Inca place of worship. I really love the water spouting creatures! I had always wondered who'se fence that was on the site photos....it's your fence!! It's amazing! I am so pleased that you have managed to restore your garden Leigh, and heal so e of the damage....both external and also in your soul. :))

Wow, Leigh - you have been busy! It looks fantastic, and I am sure you are really pleased with it. It looks amazing, and - like Karen - I love the water spouts.

you didn't like my concrete oil drum planter then lol snivel . theres already fish in there lol and tresspassers will be shot . of course the pooches are lovely . my art has brought £300 for charity for the world heritage foundation in kent which is good . I only paddle if I have too cross over to do things to my filter but not so much . I did have lights plugged in but im going to get some of these soler powerd lights and a fog maker to drift out of the heads across the pond . I just got to do the rest of the garden and the house now is all but properly for once . the heads are seats and I used my own bum to get the shape while the cement was still wet so they were comfy .ive done it how it should of been in the first place . I still found a short cut of price any way . I was going to get fibre glass or a special pond paint but both were expensive . I just mixed pva with the cement and painted the sides with maisonry paint and the fish have been fine for a couple of weeks . I feel as good mentaly as I have since I was a teenager as it goes unlike on the outside wear im knackerd lol backs killing but whats new ? thank you for your comments .

Actually, the planter is amazing! Too much to take in all at once lol! Very glad to hear you're feeling well - hope the back doesn't get you down too much :-)

Oh My !!!!!!
Thats so you Np, pleased you have it sorted in yourself and your garden, the idea of the fog maker has conjured up some quite eerie pictures in my imagination, along the same lines as Karen actually, I have to say I love the stump planter and had a chuckle at the thought of you sitting in wet concrete to get the seats right...LOL.
Always a pleasure to see your artwork and of course your wrinkley friends.....

It's all looking really good. You must be pleased to get the garden how you wanted it finally. I can never seem to achieve that. In my mind I know what I want an area to look like, but when I do it, it never quite looks like I had envisioned it! I will never give up though as I am enjoying the process and will get there eventually. The pond will look good with the fog and at least the seating will be very comfortable for you. Well done on raising £300.00 for a worthy cause, that's brilliant!

It is brilliant, but I have to say Leigh..your paintings are worth more than that. I hope you've taken prints!

thanx so much . yes I have taken prints cottagekarer and I got more than £300 including selling them prints . they do take me ages but I love drawing . I can just drift away . my garden will probably never be finished lijernc that's the beauty of gardens .

Wow, that is so special, well done Noseypotter, great to see the finished pond and the surrounding planters and seating area, so different and that is what makes it so special, love it all. Glad you are feeling back to how you should feel, great art work sure it must help you to keep in a good frame of mind. So very clever keep up the good work and congratulations on the fundraising efforts for the charity. I will look forward to seeing the hand when it is finished. Don't take on too much all in one go you will wear yourself out - good luck with it all.

thank you so much oliveoil my back wont allow me to do to much and theres a lot of thought goes into these things . that's more important than anything really . for instance that isn't just a pond its also the wall to my dog run and the stump and planter help cover up the dog mess etc xx .
