This is my front garden which is watched over by a rather snooty stone statue we call ‘The Lady’, you can just see her on the right.

Well actually she is no lady, she’s really a bit of a floozie, flaunting herself to passers by wearing next to nothing all year round.

When I got up this morning she was wearing this rather fetching hat and scarf but she still looked miserable! Wouldn’t you? Brrrrrr…..

We have lots as well Lily,it looks lovely but not nice for travelling,I do like your lady and agree she actually does look as though she`s shivering.....

It can't be much fun for her having that spiky Phormium poking her in the bottom either! LOL.
Yes she does look like she's shivering but I think she must be used to the cold by now, she's been there a long time.
Only a couple of inches of snow here but plenty for the children to make snowmen and go sledging Sandra. Main roads now clear but side roads terrible and more snow to come I bellieve.

Cruel and heartless...take a coat and real hat out for that poor thing..I am freezing looking at her! Your neighbors might talk about you dressing her up..but maybe they need something to talk about...put a shopping bag there with her too...lol..oh and a wrapped gift poking out of the bag would be a nice touch... :)

18 Dec, 2009

Well I think maybe they talk about me already Cat! Maybe some thermal undies, Santa outfit and a hot water bottle would be good. Mr Robin would like it, he sits on her head and makes a mess down her back! LOL

18 Dec, 2009

Well, if it gets to the ground it's good fertilizer for the Phormium.

18 Dec, 2009

I love your picture Lily, a real page 3 girl,if ever I saw one :o))

18 Dec, 2009

I will be watching for pictures... :)

18 Dec, 2009

The Phormium (thug) certainly doesn't need any fertilizer Wagger!
I think she may need some inplants to make it into the Sun Bloomer LOL
Mmmmm Cat, Santa outfit that size may be difficult ......have to see what I can do for her......bit of garden fleece or bubble wrap in the meantime maybe?

18 Dec, 2009

The hat and collar make her look a bit like Queen Victoria better not tell her though!

18 Dec, 2009

Well, she's certainly not amused is she Denise? LOL

Well fancy that Skillen, well spotted! You're right it is.....I've left a comment :o)) There must be lots of shivering underdressed 'ladies' around, maybe even some more on GoY? LOL

18 Dec, 2009
