yesterday we had rainfall to match no other. Its threw it down.

We were travelling back from my friends, it took us 2 1/2
hours to do a 40 minutes journey. The roads were awash, just could not cope with the volume of water.

It was raining this morning, but cleared up mid morning, I am hoping its penetrated the ground enough for me to be able to get the weeds out of the front garden, there is a poppy growing in the middle so will try and dig that out first, then replant it when the ground is cleared of weeds.

I guess everything will put on a growth spurt now.

Plenty down here too. Our ground is certainly very soft at the moment!

Bracknell had a couple of hours this morning. Wish it had been more as we have had a long dry spell.

Sorry to hear of your downpour but I hope the plants appreciated it.
We had a bit of drizzle in the morning but then bright sunshine.
Today has also been sunny :)

We're beginning to float here as well, wellies on standby near the door just to get down the yard...

Still lots of wet here. Lol Andrew, I can send you some rain if you like. This time last week it was scorching and then nothing but rain since Friday, saves watering I guess. Its been quite bad around these parts actually.
