Smashing photo! What day were you there Angela? We went on the Thursday and found it very quiet, possibly due to the General Election day. James Alexander-Sinclair hosted a talk in a marquee, very entertaining man! Did you see Vicky from Plantagogo in the floral marquee? I shall post some pics soon.

James Alexander Sinclair looks as thrilled as you, Angela! I bet you had a lovely day . . . OH said (when we watched it on TV) that we'll go again one day. We like it better than Chelsea for the setting, and so much less crowded.

I rather suspect that Mr JAS was a little smitten Angela! ;)) and why not? You look lovely! Glad you enjoyed yourself. We had some sunshine here yesterday, and....wait till you read this...for about 5 minutes, out walking dogs in t-shirt and sweatshirt...i was TOO WARM!!! Then the wind returned....lol! But i did get my toms. Potted on and my tatties back out of the greenhouse, so there was some work done. Today...drizzle:(

Petal his name is James Alexander Sinclair, he has been a presenter for many years, he writes with flair and imagination, and makes ridiculous videos with Joe Swift and Cleve West...but I have admired him for many years!!
Gee we had a lovely time, the weather held out, and it was a good show...

Siris it was quite difficult to find anything to buy! we were looking for more unusual plants, and it was on the way out we managed to pick up a couple in the floral marquee....

Shirley we drove up on Thursday and went on Friday, it was quiet first thing and then got busy in the afternoon, did not see Vicky although her husband was there, went back twice hoping to catch her....

Sandra it was my OH who noticed JAS and Joe I was too busy looking at the show gardens, was glad he did though, I was worried he would accidentally delete the photo from the camera lol I am watching the gardening program, I mean it would be wrong not to!!

Thanks Angela, I saw him on the Chelsea Garden Design challenge and also the RHS Chelsea Flower Show this evening...! I'm off to the Chelsea Show on Tuesday - You never know I might bump into him...!;o)
