Ornamental or fruiting?

If it is a full size one bearing fruit.....well away from the house,as they can grow very large and messy. The starlings will come calling too. We tried one one limiting rooting stock in our border where the sun strikes most of the day, then dappled shade for 2 hours. It did OK, but the starlings got there first, so it had to go. Against a suitable sunny wall is another place
