Growing perennial phlox from seeds or cuttings

I've been unable to locate perennial phlox seeds. Do you know where they can be purchased? Also, how would I go about growing perennial phlox from cuttings? Thanks for your help!

Never managed to grow it from seeds myself. they are easy enough from divisions rather than cuttings but the most used method in nurseries is from root cuttings. That is if you mean the tall pereenial phlox as opposed to the dwarf alpine ones. They are dead easy from cuttings. Seeds of them are rarely available because it is very very hard seed to collect.
