I am considering planting an apple tree. It is a Dwarf Winesap. It is Nov 5. Should it still be prunned when it is planted.

acording to the royal horticultural society, you prune at any time from now until march ,yes newly planted ones aswell, but what concerns me is you talk of a tree nurseries will say self polanating ,I dout that best finde which other tree will cros polanate with it , and some people say that apple trees should be planted in threes, and I would not argue with that,
