i have put seed potatos in potato grow bags for the first time and wondered how i know when to dig them up.

Once the top growth starts to die back..put your hand down the side of the bag and feel around for the tubers...if they are big enough for you...harvest them. Some people say when they have flowered is the time to harvest but there is a school of thought that says pinch off the flowers and let the strength go into the tubers...what does anyone else think?
