What laid these eggs?

Hello, I found these eggs nestled in the leaves of my cabbages. Does anyone know what might have laid them? The photo is the best I could get but not very good; the eggs are dark green and about 3mm in diameter. Thank you.

They are not eggs but they do come out of the rear of insects! It's caterpillar poo!

they will eat your cabbages quicker than you can . . .. find em and squidge em or get a fruit and veg spray for em.

Well spotted, Fractal. Unmistakeably the voice of experience!
