It's a plant, annual grown from seed, so neither tree nor bush. It's Nicotiana sylvestris otherwise known as Tobacco plant.

Ours are much smaller leaved and compact than this. I love it. I'm gonna looks for this, sylvestris.

I have a Nicotiana Glauca which has yellow flowers that the hummingbirds love...is this a tree or bush, Chris. The leaves are shaped the same but more blue green on mine.
