About me

The original profile I did was, on reflection, a bit confusing. My husband is the real gardener. I'm just the "gardener's girl". Some stuff has "rubbed off" after 50 years together. I sort out the computer (or try to). Still working backwards!
We live in Norfolk in my husband's grandfather's bungalow which was built for him and have about an eighth of an acre garden. The patch of grass on which the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren played has been shingled and has pots on it. Grandad wouldn't recognise "his" garden now. We have mainly shrubs and small trees as we both cannot garden for long periods at a time and need relatively low maintenance plants. My husband has quite a big greenhouse and grows plants from seed and cuttings. Really enjoy GOY, but have a bit of difficulty keeping up - so many lovely gardens to see!
