never grown lythrum but what a beautiful colour are there other colours .,and how tall does it grow ?

Hi gillwahid, lythrum tends to come in shades of purple, pink and red. If you look on the plant profile for Lythrum salicaria, you will see a shot of it in Spritzhenry's garden. It can grow quite big but mine is nearly 3/4 meter tall! They are really stunning - I have a tiny garden too!

yes, Wyeboy - it is in the bed surrounding our tiny little pond and loving it! This and the Crocosmia are really putting on a show!
