I'm really enjoying this small pond. It's going to be so easy to maintaine. I can't imagine why it took me so long to put one in. The more the plants grow and fill in the more it looks like it's been there for years.

No fish Spritz. I keep thinking that I don't want to get into them. Have your knees recovered from trimming your grass with scissors yet :)

Wow, it's really coming along isn't it. The only thing missing in the pic is you, sitting back and enjoying it.!

I've been noticing that the pond is disappearing as the plants in the area get bigger. In a way I kind of like that because someone visiting the garden wouldn't see it right away. I may decide in the future to go bigger but for now I'm enjoying the size.

Ponds are great in the garden, as even if there are no fish the frogs and toads love to sit round the sides especially on a hot day. I have six regular frogs in mine and they have got used to me getting up close to them. They also help rid the garden of pests too. If there is a shallow side the birds like to have a bath. I also get damsel flies and dragonflies. Lindak
