No, not a xmas fan anymore, i'm looking more forward to 21st the shortist day then the light night start coming back. Iwill be putting some up though.

It is Jacque 21st shortest day, can't what for it. Use to like it when all the kids where young, but think these days its just 1day, where as years ago it lasted from xmas eve till new years day, its like my eldest grandchildren can't wait to get xmas day over so they can go to sales boxing day.

Rrrrrrrrrrrr the Joy of Sales Hey :) My Own Children r Teenagers now so will be out @about over Christmas @ their Friends ect ,I miss them being small & Putting out the Carrots , Mince Pie & Milk on Christmas Eve 4 Santa & Deers :( I dont miss how ever getting up@ 4am Christmas Morning lol :)

You are so right with the carrots etc, dont miss 4am wake ups but it was part of xmas, now days you can look outside at 7 & 8am and on lights on in folkes houses who have little children.

your tree looks beautiful Jacque , there's such a lovely warm glow filling the room it looks so cosy .. we haven't put ours up yet , we must make a start soon !

We plan to do a fir tree outside first and then put a tree in the outside porch and lights up on the eves , the grandchildren are coming for their christmas holiday , they see the outside first when they arrive ...
We may do it at the weekend as well Carole !

Jacque have to admit i love my xmas dinner and pudding and then sit and feed my face for most of the day with chocolate,sweets, and nuts etc :o)))
