Burnt offerings Mobee ! :))

Lol most definite Louise hubby asked wat burnt smell was had to own up !!! he laughed our dogs thought it was there birthday !! they got burnt offerings:~)))

I'm glad it wasn't worse. - I nearly set the kitchen alight when I put the oven on ready to make supper and then went to look at Grows on you. Next thing I could smell was smoke. lol.

You should have let them go a bit longer, then you could have used the charcoal on the garden!...LoL

It could have been worse. If the fire alarm hadn't sounded in the kitchen you might have had burnt skin too!!!

yep...it happens LOL we've had a few stories simular to yours with one of mine included. LOL

hi Bloydn its good to no someone like myself have to put timer on our "garden antics Lol thats a good idea Bbb wudn`t have had to pay for any charcoal "home made" u cudn`t beat that !!!!.I really put the blame on Carol Klien was her fault !!!!!! :~)

hi paul thats true but am afraid to late skin already burnt Lol worsethan my charred food yea Kmccue think it`s happened to a lot of people Lol that`ll teach me a lesson to make sure food cooked first. och well dogs enjoyed it anyway Lol :~)))

haha...sounds like my house, hubby forever shouting to me "remember the ovens on" or "dont forget to check the pans"!!

hi Mookins yea i get that all the time if its not the cooker its the straighteners think hubby will lock me in room knowing i wont do any harm lol thanks Milky when i first discovered ebay thought it was great!!! Now i`ve found GoY the familys lucky theres food made at all Lol my 2 dogs were barking yesterday looking fed and i was running out back with grill on fire,smoke everywhere :~))))

Hi Mobee, I don't understand this 'fire alarm' do you mean the thing that goes off to tell Mrs. Digs when its time stop cooking?
We don't burn charcoal on the bbq we just eat it straight from the grill LOL

PS. When I came back to GoY (after throwing my dummy out earlier this year) Mrs. Digs said we could afford a holiday after all (Ebay was my fav sight too)

hi Ian, thanksi cud very well have had a we fire going plenty of charcoal (burnt Food)Lol and to crown it all sat the grill pan on my Gardeners World mag fired it into recycle bin in bad temper Lol. hope Mrs Digs isn`t as bad as me Lol x
