Well this is a first for me, just learned how to order stuff from the internet, so i’ve just ordered myself a new digical camera, its a fugi S5000 3mp what ever that means & 10Xoptical zoom, hoping to take better photos with it, as i only have a little pocket digical camera, mind you hoping its easy to use, as i’d love to be able to take closer photos of the birds that come in my garden, and better photos of my garden,mind you what’s that saying(only as good as those that are using it) my daughter will just have to be patient with me, she usually is.

Thanks BB if it took you a while, heaven knows how long it will take me, keeping my little one just incase i can't do it.Mind you BB 18mths ago i went to learn how to use a pc, so there's hope. mind you still not very good with it, but i'm getting there.

It will have a fully automatic mode Clarice,so if you do as we did and use that until you get used to it should be okay.Good luck !

Good luck with the technology! I wanted to get a new camera but found out that my broken one could be repaired free as it was a manufacturers fault It's fixed now but doesn't take any better photos! Obviously it's me, never was any good at photography - too much camera shake!

You'll surprise yourself taking photographs instead of 'snaps'. It may well become another hobby to complement your gardening one. ;-)

Well done My husband has just brought me a new Olympus its a lovely camera but Oh dear what a lot to have to remember I dont know how long it will take me to conquer it like everybody says our little pocket ones have been our friends for a long time so i will still keep minw handy.
