Nice to hear from you, Dave! Yes, he's gorgeous all right. :-)

On blog - Meant to be?

When you think about it, they HAVE to get new stock in, as they need us gardeners to come back after the tacky tinsel avoidance we do! So - interesting winter-flowering or foliage plants appear! :-)))))

Sorry - thought you meant to his home.........silly me! :-(((((

It's too late for Numbaten, Andrew! Have you seen the photo of the whole tree? EE - normous!!

On photo - Twisted Willow

Well done, Dee! Have you tried a shoehorn? I have to use mine all the time! ;-)

On photo - Liriope Variegata

They can be quite tall, Linda - and prefer shade, as well. I wouldn't try a pot, it would need support in one, for sure.

My Gauras normally come through the winter fine - but it depends where you are, I suppose.

On question - Gaura

I was just puzzled why Cliffo thought YOU were right about ME being right, Heron! It was all getting a bit confusing! LOL. So that's all right, then... ;-)

I'll check out 'Fallopia' then. Thanks Fractal! I just like to KNOW things!

On question - Silver Lace Vine

Thanks, Angie :-))))))))))))))))))) xxx

I've been drooling over the apricot coloured ones, Sbg. But - can I find another space?? LOL.

Gt - is it because of where you are? Can you get them by mail order?

Strangely, I don't get the dratted snails in the back garden - they lurk in the front!

Thanks Gt for not mentioning the 'S' word - but oh dear, is it that time for you already? :-(( I've planted this in the warmest place - I hope it likes it there!

Angie's one had the biggest and deepest colour flowers I've seen! Wonderful!

I thought Bluespruce might tell me what THIS conifer is - but he's quiet today.

On photo - Pot replanted.

They 'glow' in the sun (when it bothers to appear from behind the clouds, that is!) SIGH. Where is it? SIGH again!

Thanks - also "ta muchly", Bluespruce - C. 'Goldcrest' it certainly is - kept from last year!!

Gt, I have potted up the Nemesia in case it does prove to be hardy, and will try to keep the fuchsias safe.

On photo - I did it!

I'm glad! I haven't come across them anywhere else.

Oh well - I won't be planting one! :-(

On question - Silver Lace Vine

And me! Goodnight. xx
