I would like to thank everybody who has given me such a warm welcome. I am new to all of this so if I make a blunder please be patient with me.
I had no idea how much I would get from one small question about my Sweet William flowerless plants. I am hopeful that next year I will be able to show a photo of wonderful colourful Sweet Williams in my back garden. The back garden is quite small so I just have a raised bed along one wall and have managed to fill it with all sorts of seasonal plants. We are lucky to have a walled private back garden which is sheltered and sunny, and I am hoping that the Magnolia I have planted will survive the cold winter.
