Why are my Aeonium Zwartkop leaves dropping at a rapid rate?

I live in Suffolk in England, I have it in my window in good light.

Answers
I put mine out after the frosts and bring it back in before the first frosts. It did start to loose leaves as the temperatures went up but as soon as it went out it perked up
