Is there anyway to get rid of the invasive ground cover
called Chameleon (Houttuynia cordata)??? It is taking
over and ruining my flower garden.

Repeated applications of something like Weed-B-Gon, with a spreader sticker to help it to absorb into the leaves, and carefully keeping it from contacting the foliage of anything that you want to keep. Even under the best conditions, it will probably take a full summer to get rid of it all. If it's coming from somewhere that you can't treat, be prepared for a possibly lifelong battle.
