When should I plant them?

Now Jacanne, for late spring early summer flowering. Plant them fairly deeply especially if you are cooler in winter than about zone 8.

I saw an expert on TV planting these - he dug down, made a small mound of soil and spread the roots out over the mound, then covered it all over. I think it helps them to get established more firmly and quickly.

Just because the corms look like something from 'Alien' Spritz, there is no need to mollycoddle it. LoL. I just chucked my robusta in deep.

One point to make about eremurus - they don't like being too crowded by other plants (all those spreading roots I guess)

Tell them so-called 'Experts' that were planting it, John! It weren't me - I've never grown them! (P.S. I would probablty just chuck them in, too!)

How do I say thanks?
