I saw this plant in a garden in Stansted Mountfitche. Can anyone tell me what plant it is and where I can get hold onf one?

The yellow and red one is a Gaillardia. It looks like a variety called 'Kobold' to me. They are short-lived perennials and most Garden Centres stock them in the summer, or you could grow them from seed.
