Need a photo showing an open flower to even vaguely ID - you haven't said what shape the flowers are, how many petals, colour of stamens, etc - two that spring to mind, though, are Ville de Lyon and Niobe (which ends up cerise but is initially much darker), Clematis corona isn't cerise its more a pinkish purple and although its listed with online suppliers, is not currently available - back in spring I expect.
