i can see why now the skimmia and viburnum according to which one you look at are very similar
According to my book its a Skimmia Japonica .Probably "Rubella"(male)

I thought the flower buds of rubella were very red, these dont look so on the photo.

Definitely Skimmia japonica, looks like it may need a shot of sequestrene iron tonic to help those leaves go greener...
