I have bought 2 14" hanging baskets and some trailing Fuchsia's. How many Fuchsia's should I put in each basket so as not to overcrowd.

14in is quite small really - I wouldn't use any more than 3 fuchsias - fewer than that if you're putting other plants in with them.
