New Hanging baskets

After making a hanging basket stand recently the OH liked them so much she asked me to convert an old washing line post into a hanging basket stand, easily done drilling a larger hole on the top of the basket bracket slipping it over one of the prongs on the pole and using a jubilee clip to hold them in place, I normally use them to tie to my rose arch to stop it being blown over in winter and think they turned out quite nice I think I’m getting better at planting :)

When I was looking for ideas for baskets Karen I came across some pictures with baskets hanging from trees and it looked great, I would have considered it myself if my magnolia tree would have been bigger, Look forward to seeing the pictures. take a look at this tree with baskets Karen I really like this.

Gosh, yes, that looks great...those boughs would need to be very strong for all those baskets! I have three in the tree at the moment and three in the greenhouse because they contain lantana and I don't want to risk that outside just yet. I'll take a photo once the flowers really get going. :) Thanks Vic. :)
