My 10 year old double trunked cordyline which has previously been completely hardy in Cumbria has been badly affected by the amount of snow this winter. The leaves are all pointing down instead of up and the crown is exposed. Will it right itself in Spring? Some of you seem to suggest cutting it back and it will resprout. If so, when would be the best time to do it?
