I have lots of small patches of soil on my lawn it appears like small circles of mud just rising from the ground what is it and will it affect me mowing the grass?
Can I treat it with something?

my lawrn is coverd in them ,surprising realy as it is solid clay, must have plenty of worms ,that 's good.

Sounds like worm casts. Let them dry off a bit then rake or brush them across the grass.
