Chilli peppers? Assuming you are in the UK, they can be cut back and kept alive on a windowsill or heated greenhouse but they grow that easily from seed most grow them new each year

You can keep them going indoors and they will flower and produce again , although I do chillies and start afresh every year , new soil ,new plants .
