im not sure what this is, have dug some out but noticed i have many different colours so prob not a weed then afterall. its all around garden. this one is in between herbs and blackcurrants.

Hi: This is Aquilegia commonly known as Columbine, a beautiful plant. Also a perennial. Here on the west coast they are subject to mildew. Barb

The roots go quite deep - it won't like it if you break the tap root! Might be better to wait until it has seed pods then collect them to sow elsewhere before trying a move.

They don't really like being moved once established so catch them when they are very small

ok thanks for the advice might leave them as long as they not poison, worried kids will pick the one in with herbs and fruit.
