What a lovely place to sit and comtemplate................

i can just imagine sitting here on a summer evening, with a glass of something nice...lovely place, what a great way to relax.

It is a gorgeous spot - th the moment the sheep are in the meadow that is opposite the deck - the first lambs will be let into this field soon. Last weekend when I was sweeping the deck a kingfisher flew by (they nest about 20 yards upstream).

Smashing place to bring up kids! Bet they love it there!

We all love it here - we get quite a few cyclists passing from a nearby 'spa' and loads of them stop on the bridge to look at the view, check out the ducks (or just have a break from peddling!)
I appreaciate it most when we have been away on holiday, and I get back and see it with fresh eyes again.
