Convolvulous

This lovely plant is Convolvulous sabiatus. It is a spreader but flowers profusely. After the hard winter, I thought I had lost it, but it sprouted again from some of the roots and is making a small clump at the moment on my l-shaped raised bed.
Like this very much- is it Hardy?
